Who this is for
Rules by Country is for private individuals: residents, and travelers who want to know what is allowed before they fly a drone or ride an e-scooter abroad. It is not for commercial use, and it does not give legal advice.
How the rules are checked
- Every rule comes from an official source: legislation, a ministry, a regulator or a government portal. News, shops and blogs are never used.
- Each rule shows exactly where it applies: the whole country, one area, or one kind of use such as rental. A rule is never stretched beyond its scope.
- A rule that has not been checked is marked as such. It is never shown as allowed, forbidden or not applicable.
- Every page shows when it was last reviewed. The sources page lists all official sources and the date each was last consulted.
