Notes

  • The Act bans selling, serving or giving these products to anyone under 18.
  • Nicotine pouches without tobacco are covered by the same ban on selling, serving or giving to anyone under 18; the Act does not ban their sale outright.
  • Smoking is banned in publicly accessible indoor spaces, and in the indoor area of restaurants (except water pipes), apart from separate rooms built for smoking.
  • The ban covers public transport vehicles, platforms, shelters and waiting rooms.
  • The Act on the protection of health against harmful effects of addictive substances (version of 1 July 2025) was read; no rule on this point was found in it, and no other law was checked.
