In short: Tobacco may not be sold to under-18s. Smoking is banned in enclosed public places and collective transport.

Notes
- Disposición adicional duodécima, apartado Uno, subjects consumption of nicotine-release devices to the tobacco consumption rules and to article 3(2) and (3). The text does not state the sales age limit for these devices in a self-contained way.
- Article 3(4) bans marketing of oral tobacco. The sources read do not say whether tobacco-free nicotine pouches fall under that definition.
- This is the national minimum. Autonomous communities may set further places. Outdoor areas are exempt in several categories.
