Notes

  • Gross monthly amount for a stated 40-hour week; the hourly equivalent is CZK 134.40. For other stated weekly working times the hourly rate rises in proportion, and an employee who works fewer hours gets a proportionally lower amount. Overtime, night, weekend and holiday supplements do not count towards reaching it.
  • The MPSV page does not mention age-based rates, so none is stated here.
  • MPSV press release of 7 September 2026: the government approved the increase (hourly CZK 148.30 for a 40-hour week). Publication of the MPSV announcement in the Collection of Laws was not read.
