Notes
- Any food for personal use may be brought in from other EU countries. The Canary Islands count as outside the EU for plant health rules, so fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from there follow the non-EU rules.

- Jordbruksverket states that the United Kingdom is outside the EU and does not list it among the countries from which animal products are allowed (Northern Ireland is listed).
- Maximum 2 kg of infant formula and foods for special medical purposes, if it needs no refrigeration, is a branded pre-packed product, is unopened unless in use and is for the traveller's own use.
- Up to 20 kg or the weight of one fish, whichever is higher, of gutted fresh, prepared or processed fishery products.
- From the Faroe Islands and Greenland, meat and dairy products may be brought in up to 10 kg; fishery products without a weight limit.
