- The sheet describes the procedures for introduction into the EU. Unlisted outbreak-related restrictions inside the EU were not checked.
- Meat, milk and their products are allowed only from the Faroe Islands and Greenland, up to 10 kg per person. Undeclared products can be seized and destroyed and may lead to a fine or prosecution.
- The pages read do not mention Great Britain. Under the DGAV text, references to the EU include the United Kingdom only for Northern Ireland.
- Conditions: the product needs no refrigeration, is a packaged brand-name product and the packaging is intact unless in use. Up to 10 kg from the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
- The limit is 20 kg per person or the weight of a single fish, whichever is higher. It does not apply to products from the Faroe Islands or Iceland.
- The DGAV text names these six places as outside the procedures. Products from the Faroe Islands and Iceland are covered by the intra-EU rules in the data sheet.
