Notes

  • Monthly gross amount. The gov.pl page says it is a nationwide figure, not varied by region, sector, occupation group or qualifications, and that bonuses and awards count towards it while overtime pay, night-work supplements and seniority supplements do not.
  • The gov.pl page does not mention age-based rates, so none is stated here.
  • The gov.pl legislative page records that the Council of Ministers adopted the 2027 regulation on 14 September 2026 (also PLN 32.30 an hour for certain civil-law contracts). Publication of the regulation in the Journal of Laws was not read.
