Notes

- Federal rule for covered tobacco products, which include e-cigarettes. The state statute could not be read.
- Nicotine pouches are not named; they fall within the definition of a tobacco product (made or derived from tobacco or nicotine, whether absorbed or dissolved), which cannot be sold to under-21s. Flavoured pouches also fall under the flavour ban.
- Smoking is prohibited in enclosed workplaces, restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and many other indoor public places. Section 22 lists exceptions, such as licensed smoking bars.
