Notes
- K.S.A. 79-3321 names cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and tobacco products; nicotine pouches are not named in the Kansas text read. Under federal law any product containing nicotine is a tobacco product that cannot be sold to under-21s.
- K.S.A. 21-6110(d) and later sections list exemptions, such as some private clubs and tobacco shops.
- Local rules and the policies of individual businesses may still prohibit vaping.
