- Nicotine pouches are not named; they fall within the definition of a nicotine product, which cannot be sold to anyone under 21.
- The ban covers smoking and vaping in enclosed indoor workplaces. Section 386.2045 allows exceptions including retail tobacco and vape shops, stand-alone bars and designated guest rooms in public lodging.
- The Florida Clean Indoor Air Act sources read do not state whether public transport vehicles are covered.
