En breve: Croatia treats e-scooters as a 'personal transport vehicle' (osobno prijevozno sredstvo): no seat, up to 0.6 kW and a maximum design speed of 25 km/h. Riders must be at least 14 and wear a helmet. Other rules were not verified.
