Notes
- Article 154 applies to owners, lawful possessors and drivers on local public roads and refers the procedures to the Reglamento. The Reglamento (28 February 2022) Art. 186 obliges all occupants to wear the seat belt and Art. 188 sets the child restraint categories.
- These rules come from the Reglamento de la Ley de Movilidad del Estado de Nayarit (Periódico Oficial, 28 February 2022), not from the Law itself; neither text sets a specific fine for not wearing a seat belt.
