Notes

  • The Board's chart converts the flower limit into equivalent amounts of other products. The Board notes that its consumer rules may not apply to medical cannabis.
  • Plants must be in an enclosed, lockable space, not visible from a public place, and the grower must own the property or have the owner's permission. Medical cardholders' growing rules were not read.
  • Use is also banned in a moving vehicle, even for a passenger. It is allowed on private property unless the owner prohibits it, and at licensed consumption lounges.
  • The medical programme (NRS chapter 678C) and its out-of-state reciprocity for some states are administered by the Board; the programme's own rules were not read.
  • Sales require ID proving age 21; the FAQ accepts licences and IDs from other states and passports from non-residents. It does not describe other rules for visitors.
