Notes
- Qualified patients may buy up to 2.5 ounces in a 14-day period (rolling balance) and may not grow or cultivate. Use is barred in places such as schools, health care facilities, motor vehicles and public places where others could observe. Members of the military and National Guard cannot obtain cards.
- This concerns the medical programme only: an out-of-state patient with a card or equivalent can apply for a visiting card, and the condition must also be approved in Arkansas. There is no adult-use rule.
