A dwelling house includes an enclosed structure within its curtilage but not the open curtilage.
- A person must not consume cannabis in a public place, in a place where smoking is prohibited under the Smoke-free Environment Act, 2005, in or on a vehicle or boat (with an exception for a vehicle or boat used as a dwelling house, not in motion), or in a place prescribed by regulation.
