Notes
- Article 82 lists the rights and obligations of drivers of vehicles. The copy read states a last reform of 11 March 2023; later reforms were not checked. The Ley del Transporte y de la Seguridad Vial of 2006 was abrogated by this law.
- The tabulador also has code 129: 10 to 20 UMA and 3 licence points for a missing or defective seat belt in models that must have one, or for not using it.
- Annex 3 says airbags at the seat where a child restraint is fitted must be deactivated. Children may ride in front only if the vehicle has no rear seat, there is room for a suitable restraint and the airbag system is deactivated.
