The same Reglamento also gives higher figures for avenues (60 to 80 km/h, art. 75 II-IV and art. 153 IV) and 60 km/h for urban zones and dense population (art. 75 VII), and lower limits for public passenger and freight transport. The text read is the version with the reform of 30 June 2017; later reforms were not checked.
- Applies where no traffic-control device shows another limit. A minimum of 60 km/h also applies on state highways. Higher limits for non-urban zones are subject to the restrictions of the road and its signs.
