In short: Hidalgo sets the limit at 0.05 g/dL blood (0.25 mg/L breath) and bans any alcohol for under-18s and professional drivers. Authorities may run random alcoholimeter checks at control points. Drunk driving can bring arrest of up to 36 hours.
