Drink-driving limits in Aguascalientes (2026)

In short: Aguascalientes sets the limit at 0.05 g/dL blood (0.25 mg/L breath) and bans any alcohol for drivers of passenger and cargo vehicles. Agents may stop vehicles in preventive operations. A drink-driving offence costs the licence for at least a year.
